How to fix a bug in Mozilla…

I fixed a bug in Mozilla by merely removing three lines of code (out of the several million in the Lizard). Now the question is: how do I get this patch checked in? (How do I draw the developpers' attention to this? They seem desperately overworked.)

Here's a test for this bug. Enter a no-break space in the folloing form: (under Windows, try typing Alt-0160; under X11, try compose-space-space). Then click on . If the URL bar shows about:blank?q=%C2%A0 the bug is not present, whereas if it shows about:blank?q=+ (as if a normal space had been entered), the bug is present.
