Tomorrow, Satuday 2004-01-10, at 13:37:04 UTC, we will be halfway
between the creation of the Universe (1970-01-01T00:00:00Z) and the
end of the world (2038-01-19T03:14:08Z). That is, Unix will be one
(binary) gigasecond old (in Coordinated Universal Time),
or, if you will, the gettimeofday() function will return
230 (or 1073741824=0x40000000).
