J'ai aperçu les messages un peu décourageants à propos de la visite du technicien. Est-ce que ce rendez-vous a été complètement inutile ? Autre chose de prévu pour essayer d'avancer ?

@Damien: On a réussi à programmer la venue d'un technicien pour lundi 15 pour diagnostiquer le problème.
