Hebrew with vowels (Massoretic): הָבָה, נֵרְדָה, וְנָבְלָה שָׁם, שְׂפָתָם—אֲשֶׁר לֹא יִשְׁמְעוּ, אִישׁ שְׂפַת רֵעֵהוּ.
וַיָּפֶץ יְהוָה אֹתָם מִשָּׁם, עַל־פְּנֵי כָל־הָאָרֶץ; וַיַּחְדְּלוּ, לִבְנֹת הָעִיר.
Septuagint: Δεῦτε καὶ καταβάντες συγχέωμεν αὐτῶν ἐκεῖ τὴν γλῶσσαν, ἵνα μὴ ἀκούσωσιν ἕκαστος τὴν φωνὴν τοῦ πλησίον.
