Submarine: No, and I don't care to. I intend to use DVDs mainly as backup storage—not as transportable read-write media (for that, I use racked hard disks, USB keys or the network). However, you might be interested to know that there is a Linux kernel patch somewhere that lets you mount a DVD+RW (only works for ‘+’, not for ‘−’) as a regular read-write filesystem.
